Obtaining a Business License

Per Town code, the Town of Frisco requires any person operating and maintaining any business within the town, including the delivery of goods within the town which are purchased or contracted for outside the corporate limits of the Town, to obtain an annual business license. Conducting Business in Summit County

If you will be conducting business throughout Summit County, you should contact the other municipalities to ensure compliance with their business license codes. Please refer to the following list of contacts for each jurisdiction:

Operating a Smoke-Free Business
