Obtaining a Business License
Per Town code, the Town of Frisco requires any person operating and maintaining any business within the town, including the delivery of goods within the town which are purchased or contracted for outside the corporate limits of the Town, to obtain an annual business license. Conducting Business in Summit County

Operating a Smoke-Free Business
As of June 1, 2004 smoking is no longer permitted in restaurants, bars, and other indoor public places in Frisco. Learn more about operating a smoke-free business.
