Final Peak One Master Plan
The Annexation Petition for the Peak One Parcel has been formally submitted to the Town of Frisco. Per the Colorado State Statute regarding annexations, Frisco Town Council is first required to determine if an annexation petition is in substantial compliance with the State Statute.
