Peak One Parcel – Council Work Session

The Frisco Town Council reviewed the draft Peak One Parcel Master Plan during a public worksession on May 27th.  Council learned details of the draft master plan through a power point presentation presented by Perry Rose, then took public comments about the plan.

Based on comments received by the Town of Frisco Town Council, regarding the Peak One Parcel Draft Master Plan worksession, the following Frequently Asked Question and Answers have been formulated.

The plan is broken into two documents – the Peak One Parcel Master Plan, and the Peak One Parcel Addendum: Housing and Planning Process.  The plan is available in sections by clicking on the table of contents below.

Once the Peak One Master Plan is finalized, the parcel will be annexed into town boundaries through a public process, and proposals for development will be solicited, most likely through a
public/private partnership (which requires a public bidding process).
