The Solution
Ideally to sustain the Frisco community, the town needs a mix of housing to support current and future residents as their needs and conditions change; and, the town also needs a balance of housing that is affordable and suitable for different employment levels.
Yet, there is not one magical solution to solving Frisco’s affordable housing need and ensuring Frisco’s livability as a community. Earlier this year, the Frisco Town Council directed staff to begin working on all of the following housing strategies listed below.
