Permit Fees
Fees for all permits are based on the Construction Permit Fee Schedule adopted by the Town of Frisco. The fees are based on the valuation provided on the permit application. Valuation figures on the permit application will be reviewed against valuation data published in national sources to assure they represent reasonable valuations for the work being proposed.
Electrical permit fees are paid to the Summit County Building Inspection Division as part of obtaining an electrical permit from that agency.
Elevator permit and certificate fees are paid to Northwest Colorado Council of Governments as part of obtaining permits and certificates from that agency.
