The Town of Frisco adheres to the Uniform Election Code of 1992 when conducting its municipal elections. All regular elections are held in each even-numbered year on the first Tuesday in April. Terms of office for the mayor and council members are staggered so that three council members and the mayor are elected in one election, three council members in the following election. Each winning candidate is elected to a four-year term.
The Town of Frisco also participates in November elections, as needed (ie – Presidential races, mill levy questions, municpial questions as they arise, etc)
