It is the responsibility of the applicant to read and understand all applicable Federal and State Laws/Regulations, in addition to Frisco Town Code, Chapter 53, Section 18 titled “Alcohol beverage tastings” prior to engaging in the conduct of a Tasting Event of Alcoholic Beverages in the Town of Frisco.

Both State and Town Liquor Licenses are required prior to engaging in the conduct of an Alcoholic Beverage Tastings Event. Only certain types of Liquor Licensees are permitted to conduct Tasting Events.

I understand that per Frisco Town Code 53-18(C)(3), all Alcoholic Beverage Tasting events shall be conducted only by a person who has completed a server training program that meets the standards established by the Liquor Enforcement Division, Colorado Department of Revenue. I know that there is an approved Responsible Beverage Training Vendors List available to the public online at: https://sbg.colorado.gov/approved-responsible-vendors-training

I understand that per State of Colorado Revised Statute 44-3-301(10) and Frisco Town Code 53-18(C) that tastings are limited to a maximum of 156 days per calendar year, and are limited to 5 hours in duration maximum per day, during permitted business hours for the sale of alcohol.
