Meeting Information

The Town of Frisco Planning Commission meets the first and third Thursday of every month, beginning at 5:00pm in the Council Chambers at Town Hall (1 East Main Street). All times and dates are subject to change. 

Agendas and application materials are posted the Friday before a meeting on the meeting’s calendar date. Citizens interested in notifications regarding these meetings may sign up for our newsletter.

Public comment on items not on the agenda will start at the beginning of the meeting.

AGENDA ITEM

  1. Work Session to discuss the Community Plan update. The discussion will focus on the final draft review.
  2. CANCELLED:  Planning File No. 047-19-MIN: A request for deviations from the bulk plane standards for a new residence proposed at 312 Streamside Lane / Lot 10, Creek at Frisco. Applicant: Helmut Weber Construction Company.
  1. TO BE TABLED TO AUGUST 1, 2019:  Planning File No. 104-19-ORD: A code text amendment to Chapter 180 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Frisco, concerning zoning, by amending Section 5.2.11 thereof, concerning telecommunications facilities, to revise regulations concerning small cell wireless facilities to conform to Federal Communications Commission requirements and limitations.
