Town Council typically meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, but can also meet for Special Meetings in accordance with Frisco’s Home Rule Charter Article III, Section 2.  Meeting agendas and Council packets are posted no later than the Friday before the meeting.  Start times of agenda items are estimates only.

Public comment may be made at the start of a regular meeting, but not during Work Session.  Citizens making comments during Public Comments or Public Hearings should state their names and addresses for the record, be topic­-specific, and limit comments to no longer than three minutes.  No Council action is taken on Public Comments, Council will take all public comments under advisement, and if a Council response is deemed necessary or appropriate, the individual making the comment will receive a formal response from the Town at a later date.

In support of the goal to increase public engagement by making Town of Frisco meetings more accessible, this meeting will be held in a hybrid format with access to the meeting available via Zoom and YouTube, as well as in person attendance at Town Hall.
