Do you have a great idea for business adaptation?

Many businesses have reached out individually to get approval for creative business ideas. We applaud your innovation, and we need to remind you that business ideas/adaptations must comply with the Public Health Order amended by Summit Public Health on Monday, March 23.Summit Public Health has jurisdiction over Summit County and all of the towns in matters of public health. We have provided a link to this order so you can read it over and determine if your idea can meet these restrictions, while still allowing you to provide goods and/or services. The Town of Frisco is not permitted to amend this Summit Public Health Order, and the Town does not have the authority or public health expertise to approve or permit ideas. The recently amended Public Health Order is the resource that will assist you in determining what your best business practices should be to slow the spread of COVID-19, protect your customers and employees, and save lives. If your business has made operational adjustments in order to comply with the Summit Public Health Order and you would like to be listed in the Town’s COVID-19 business resource guide, please email NoraG@townoffrisco.com with details.
