Meeting Information

Town Council holds regularly scheduled meetings the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.  Meeting agendas and Council packets are posted no later than the Friday before a meeting.  Special Meetings may be called in accordance with Frisco’s Town Charter, and will be noticed accordingly.  Estimated start times of items, and end times of meetings, are estimates only.  Public meetings will never begin earlier than the noticed start time, however, to ensure any interested parties can listen in, and, where applicable and appropriate, participate in the meetings.

Virtual Access Details – 3 Ways to Stream:

  • To access meeting details and materials, or livestreams/recordings from meetings starting in October 2025, visit the CivicPlus Public Portal
  • For public meetings prior to October 2025, please visit meeting information in the MuniDocs Archive
  • Want to stay up to date? Sign up for agendas and materials packets to be emailed directly to you by the Town prior to the meetings
  • How to stream public meetings:
    • Streaming only: YouTube (does show slide decks and screen shares)Note: the CivicPlus livestream is awaiting a new A/V system to be fully operational. As of January 2026, the CivicPlus livestream only shows the Council speaking in Council Chambers, but does not display any of the visual materials or virtual participants. Livestream via YouTube or Zoom for all audio and visual features.
Presenting or providing public comment? Use Zoom to access public meetings. Note Town Council’s Public Comment Policy posted on each Agenda and read into the record by the Mayor at each meeting.

Public comment may be made at the start of a regular meeting for items not already slated for a Public Hearing that evening.  People making Public Comment must state their name and physical address for the record, be topic-specific, and limit comments to three minutes or less.  No Council action is taken on Public Comments at Council meetings.  Council takes public comments under advisement, and if a Council and/or Staff response is deemed necessary or appropriate, the individual making the comment will receive a formal response from the Town at a later date.  It is recommended to sign-in at the Welcome Table at each meeting, and include contact information.

In support of the goal to increase public engagement by making Town of Frisco meetings more accessible, this meeting will be held in a hybrid format with access to the meeting available via Zoom and YouTube, as well as in person attendance at Town Hall.
