Open Records Request

An open records request may be initiated to any department by submitting a written request in person, or via email to the Town Clerk’s Office. The Town of Frisco will respond to you within three (3) business days.

Police/Criminal Justice Records Requests

Criminal justice records requests must go through the Police Department by using the Police Records Request Form.

Fee Schedule
First hour of staff retrieval time is free of charge. An hourly rate of $30 per hour applies after 1 hour of labor. Payment information is collected in advance of transmission, a receipt will be issued via email to the requestor’s email address provided at the time of request. Materials charges for providing the requested record are as follows: 8.5″ x 11″ through 11″ x 14″ (Letter and Legal)-sized documents: 25 cents per page Anything larger: $5.00 per page Prices remain the same for hard copy or digital requests.
