If you are looking for just a sign permit, please fill out the online application located on CommunityCore. Please note that you will need to follow the design criteria for Summit Boulevard or Main Street, depending on where your business is located.

• Sign Permit submittal requirements – provides a list of requirements for new exterior business signs and/or exterior sign replacements.
• It is important to note a Master Sign Plan is required for any development having more than one tenant, business, or use. If applicable, please reference your Master Sign Plan prior to the submittal of any individual sign permit.

Banners

If you are looking to hang a banner before your sign is made or to advertise sales, rentals, new store openings, etc., please fill out the Banner Permit Submittal application located online at CommunityCore.

• Banner Permit submittal requirements– provides a list of requirements for banners. Banners are subject to size and similar requirements in Section180-5.2.4 of the Town Code.
