Business License Fee Exemption Form

This form will assist you in determining whether or not your business requires to pay for Town of Frisco business license fee ($100 per year), and this form will enable you to attest to the status of your business, as either exempt from Frisco’s annual business license/sales tax license fee or non-exempt from Frisco’s annual business license/sales tax license fee.

Any business, even if listed as remote seller in the past, that fails to complete this survey will receive the annual business license fee invoice in November for the following calendar year. Also, please let the Town know if you are no longer doing business in Frisco either in person or remotely by emailing the address listed on the contact section of this page.
