Temporary Business & Sales Tax License

Non-permanent businesses planning to do business within town limits must obtain a temporary business license. To obtain a license, complete the form below and the Business License team will review your application. Once approved a fee of $25 per day will need to be paid through Xpress bill pay. Information on how to set up an account and next steps will be sent to the email provided in the form.

Please allow up to three weeks for the application to be processed and approved or denied.

I further certify that it is my responsibility to obtain, read, and understand the Town of Frisco Licensing of Business Code, which may be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk at (970) 668-5276 or on the Town’s web site at www.townoffrisco.com. I understand that the local code enforcement officer will issue citations for violations of this code and my business license could be subject to revocation.
