Events

The Town of Frisco hosts a total of 80+ events each year, including third-party events, festivals, and athletic, historic, and community events.

Festivals, Music Events & Community Events

Frisco’s signature events include Concerts in the Park, Frisco’s Fabulous 4th of July, Fall Fest, and Wassail Days. The Town also organizes and hosts many more community events throughout the year including Spontaneous Combustion Community Bonfire & Fireworks, Mardi Gras 4Paws, Frisco’s Easter Egg Hunt, Town Clean Up Day, and Trick-or-Treat on Main Street.

Athletic Events

Frisco also has a diverse offering of athletic events. The Run the Rockies Race Series goes from June through November and includes a kids’ trail running series, an award winning triathlon, trail races, road races, and a family favorite Turkey Day 5k. In the winter, Frisco hosts everything from the longest running Nordic event in Colorado to the more newly minted BrewSki which involves costumes, skiing and beer tastings all on cross-country skis.

3rd Party Special Event Permitting

The Recreation and Events Department also coordinates special event permitting on public property. Any permitting for special events on private property are handled through the Community Development Department.
