Cemetery Work Request Form

This form is REQUIRED for any entity or individual seeking to do work in the Frisco, Colorado Cemetery such as, but not limited to: maintenance, engraving, installation, or cleaning of aspects such as but not limited to: graves, plots, headstones, monuments, and any other permanent fixtures/features. This form is not required for trash removal or laying of flowers at a gravesite for visitors to the Frisco Cemetery.

    I understand that there are no guarantees in approval of my work in the Frisco, Colorado Cemetery, and that I need to fill out this form at a minimum of two weeks prior to the desired date of work. Town staff will reach out to me upon receipt of the form to work with vendors to the best of their ability to accommodate my work, but I need to have approval in writing before I can perform work in the Cemetery owned and operated by the Town of Frisco.
    I understand that work in the Frisco, Colorado Cemetery is prohibited from being performed or allowed without first booking a date through the Town Clerk, who will coordinate with the Public Works Department, through this form. Only once written confirmation of approval of the date and time on this form, can my company and any of its representatives perform work in the Frisco Cemetery. I understand that the Frisco, Colorado Cemetery is located in a high alpine environment at over 9,000 feet in elevation, that naturally restricts when access is safe due to natural conditions like weather.
