Marijuana License Application (New & Renewals) & Payment Information

Fees are required for new and renewal applications and can be made online at Xpress Bill Pay by 30 days prior to the expiration date of the existing license for renewals, and as soon as possible for brand new applications.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to read and understand all applicable Federal and State Laws/Regulations, in addition to Frisco Town Code, Chapter 180-5.6.2 and 180-5.6.9” prior to engaging in the sale of permitted Marijuana products in the Town of Frisco.

Fee amounts live in Town Code, and after the passing of SB24-076, Town License renewal cycles match State Licenses.

Both State and Town Marijuana Licenses are required prior to engaging in the sale of Marijuana products in the Town of Frisco.

NEW Applications Only: Edible Products – Food Licensing
In accordance with Frisco Town Code 180-5.2.6(G)(2)(g) Medical / 180-5.2.9(G)(2)(e) Retail: If the marijuana store will be providing retail marijuana products in an edible form, evidence, at a minimum, of a pending application for any food establishment license or permit that may be required by the state and Summit County.
