At 12:03am on Monday, December 29, 2025, Frisco Police responded to a call regarding a medical emergency at a Frisco residence. Once on the scene, Frisco Police discovered a deceased female of unknown age. Due to the circumstances on the scene, a search warrant was obtained for the residence. Per Frisco Police Chief Tom Wickman, there is no threat to the community. A suspect is now in police custody, and the District Attorney’s Office will be determining any criminal charges.

This investigation is in the very early stages and ongoing, and no additional information may be released in order to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the investigation. The identity of the deceased woman will not be provided until the woman’s next of kin can be notified by the Summit County Office of the Coroner.
