The December 1, 2025 Meeting of the Board of Appeals has been cancelled due to the withdrawal of the appeal by the Appellant.
The Town of Frisco Board of Appeals (BOA) is established by Chapter 4 of Frisco Town Code of Ordinances. The BOA meets on an as-needed basis to hear appeals regarding Building Inspection violations.
The Board of Appeals consists of three members appointed by the Council for three-year terms. Members of the Board must be residents or business owners in the Town of Frisco and are qualified by experience and training to pass upon matters pertaining to building construction.
The Board of Appeals meetings are facilitated by the Town Clerk, but staff assist with meetings through the Community Development Department’s Building Inspection Division. Contact Katie Kent, Community Development Director, for details.
