The Town of Frisco has transitioned to an online hosted Town Code through MuniCode by CivicPlus. The Charter, code, and library is maintained and updated by the Town Clerk.

Resources & Support

Questions pertaining to Chapter 180, construction, zoning, building code, land use, and corresponding code enforcement etc. are best directed to the Community Development Department. Town Code is changing continuously and there is a time lapse between when the Town Council approves a code change and when it is posted here.

Questions pertaining to sales tax, business licenses, and taxes in general are best directed to the Finance Department’s Business Licensing Team.

Questions regarding short term rental licensing should be directed to the Short Term Rental Support Specialist.

Questions about liquor, tobacco, and marijuana retail licensing may be sent to the Town Clerk.

Questions about Law Enforcement, Municipal Court proceedings, and Traffic Code are best directed to the Frisco Police Department.
