The election results from the 2026 Town of Frisco Regular Municipal Election are now official, after accounting for uniformed and overseas citizens absentee votes and for any ballot signatures that needed to be verified. There are currently 2,283 registered voters in Frisco, 807 valid ballots were submitted in this election, and each ballot allowed four votes for the four open seats for Frisco Town Council.
The four open seats decided in this election were previously held by Elizabeth Skrzypczak-Adrian, Andy Held, Robyn Goldstein, and Zach Ryan. Of the four open seats, the three candidates receiving the highest number of votes will serve four-year terms, and the candidate receiving the fourth-highest number of votes will serve a two-year term.
The two-year term is due to the February 2025 resignation of Councilmember Andrew Aerenson whose term was through April 2028. State law and Town Charter require that terms be kept on the same cadence so when Councilmember Zach Ryan was appointed to this vacated position in March 2025, his seat was required to be up for regular election in April 2026 for a two-year term ending in April 2028.
