Cemetery
The Town of Frisco, Colorado Cemetery is currently sold out and there are no plots available for purchase. Located at 35 Marina Road, the Cemetery is administered and maintained by the Town Clerk and Public Works Department.

Elections
The Town of Frisco conducts only Municipal Elections in Frisco, for Town Council, Mayor, and municipal ballot measures and questions. For all other candidates, questions, and voter registration information, contact the Summit County Clerk & Recorder’s Elections Division.

Legal Notices
Frisco’s Home Rule Charter, Code, and Statute require Legal Notices for public meetings and other official actions of the Frisco Town Council.

Liquor Licensing
The Town Clerk’s office stands ready to assist businesses with liquor licensing questions from businesses located within the Town of Frisco.

Marijuana Licensing
Medical and retail (sometimes referred to as “recreational”) marijuana licenses with the Town and State of Colorado are required in order to sell marijuana in the Town of Frisco. Learn more on how to apply for a marijuana license.

Open Records Request
Open Records Requests are processed in accordance with the Colorado Open Records Act.

Keeping of Animals Permitting
To have animals as a part of a special event in the Town of Frisco, a Keeping of Animals Special Event Permit is required from the Town Clerk.
