    First hour of staff retrieval time is free of charge. An hourly rate of $30 per hour applies after 1 hour of labor in accordance with C.R.S. § 24-72-205. Payment, if necessary, is collected in advance of transmission, a receipt will be issued via email to the requestor’s email address provided at the time of request. Materials charges apply only to hard copies provided to fulfill an Open Records Request, in accordance with C.R.S. § 24-72-205.

    I hereby request view or obtain the above listed information from the Town of Frisco. I understand that the Town of Frisco will respond to this request for information within three working days, per C.R.S. § 24-72-203(3)(b) or, in the case of extenuating circumstances, the response period may be extended by seven working days. A modification of the request is considered a new request. I understand that I can reach out to townclerk@townoffrisco.com with questions, or to rescind my request, at anytime.
