The Town of Frisco is proud to offer support to our local nonprofits through a yearly grant process, which includes the in-kind and $5,000 cash grants described on this page and the Frisco Community Impact Grant started in 2024, which has a separate application process with the same deadline and provides an opportunity for nonprofits to apply for grants ranging from $6,000-$100,000.
Every year the Town provides an opportunity for nonprofits seeking support to apply through the county-wide grant program along with the Towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon, as well as an opportunity to explore the Frisco Community Impact Grant.
The Summit Foundation, in partnership with area towns, is launching the countywide grant process on a new software platform. Nonprofits are invited to go to SummitGrants.com to sign up for a new account on this platform before the grant application opens on June 13, 2025, if they haven’t already do so. It is our hope that this change will make the process easier for everyone.
A complete application must be submitted at SummitGrants.com, even for organizations requesting only in-kind services such as field use or silent auction packages. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Submissions beyond the deadline of August 13, 2025 at noon, or outside of the SummitGrants.com portal will not be considered.
Grant award announcements were emailed to successful applicants in December 2025, and grant moneys and any in-kind awards were provided to non-profits in January 2026.
