The Town of Frisco is proud to offer support to our local nonprofits through a yearly grant process, which includes the in-kind and $5,000 cash grants described on this page and the Frisco Community Impact Grant started in 2024, which has a separate application process with the same deadline and provides an opportunity for nonprofits to apply for grants ranging from $6,000-$100,000.

Every year the Town provides an opportunity for nonprofits seeking support to apply through the county-wide grant program along with the Towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon, as well as an opportunity to explore the Frisco Community Impact Grant.

How to Apply for a Grant

  • The 2026 Grant Application Program opened on June 13, 2025 at noon at SummitGrants.com and on this website for the Frisco Community Impact Grant.
  • For this year’s grant cycle, all cash and in-kind grant applications will be due at 12:00pm on August 13, 2025.
  • Grant applications must be submitted electronically through the portal by the August 13, 2025 12:00pm deadline, and submissions outside of the deadline or the SummitGrants.com portal cannot be considered.

New Application Platform this Year

The Summit Foundation, in partnership with area towns, is launching the countywide grant process on a new software platform. Nonprofits are invited to go to SummitGrants.com to sign up for a new account on this platform before the grant application opens on June 13, 2025, if they haven’t already do so. It is our hope that this change will make the process easier for everyone.
