Planning Division

The Planning division processes and reviews everything from sign and banner permits, to deck and hot tub additions, to large scale, multi-family and commercial developments. Planners work closely with the Building Division from the beginning of projects to completion to ensure it meets the Town’s zoning and safety requirements. Planners also serve the Planning Commission in an advisory role for projects and various other Planning Division activities.

The Town of Frisco, Colorado Planning division is part of the Community Development department and works closely with the Building Division on all levels of construction, small to large. Most projects must go through both Planning and Building Division review and approval.
