Connect.Sustain.Create
Connect – Connections are a core tenant of the Frisco Community Plan; relating people, organizations and neighbors in the Frisco community. Connections are the way to address future needs using a systems perspective.
Sustain – Everything is interrelated and we must find a balance using a whole systems sustainable approach. Sustainability is the fundamental appraoch of the Frisco Community Plan; it addresses the community’s social, environmental and economic capitals, and plans over the long-term to balance human activity to the capacity of the systems needed to support life.
Create – The focus of the project is to create lasting community relationships and to identify shared values. Through a community-wide collaborative process, the Frisco Community Plan creates a framework of a preferred future for Frisco.
