The Grounds Division is responsible for all of the parks in the Town of Frisco. The Main Street flower display – which makes up 134 boxes and 63 hanging baskets, landscaping, and the Summit Boulevard medians are all maintained by the Grounds Division. There are seven full-time and five seasonal employees in this division.
The Town of Frisco maintains and operates 16 miles of Recreation Path throughout Frisco and 240 acres of Turf and Park space. This includes 3 Playgrounds, a Tennis Court, a sand Volleyball Court, a Baseball field, a Pickleball court and the 27 holes of Disc Golf located at the Peninsula Recreation Area. In addition to maintaining parks throughout Town, the Grounds Division staff provides great places to relax or play, for kids and adults alike.
