Adventure Park Maintenance Worker

$18.78 Hourly

Mid-season and end-of season bonus of $2.00 for each hour worked from hire date – October 1, 2022

Ride your bike at work! This is a hands-on summer position that assists with overall site maintenance and construction of the Frisco Adventure Park, including building and maintaining Bike Park features and surrounding landscaped area. This is a fun, physically demanding position that requires the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery and lots of time outside!

Trails Maintenance Worker

$18.78 Hourly

Ride your bike at work! This is a hands-on summer position that assists in construction and maintenance of Nordic and summer trails on the Frisco Peninsula Recreation Area (PRA).  Crew members work with the Trail Builder coordinator, Nordic and Trails Manager and other crew members constructing and maintaining trails. This is a physically demanding position requiring the use of hand and power tools, small machinery, and manual labor, and lots of time outside!

Marina Dockhand

$18.78 Hourly

Mid-season and end-of season bonus of $2.00 for each hour worked from hire date – October 1, 2022

Spend a summer on the beautiful Dillon Reservoir assisting in Frisco Bay Marina operations. The dockhand is responsible for repair, maintenance and replacement of Marina docks and shore-side infrastructure.  Assists with all other operations including boat service, sales and reservations, and boat rentals. Operates Marina equipment including trucks, trailers, side-by-side utility vehicle, boat hoist tractor, and all types of boats.

Marina Guest Service Attendant

$17.00 Hourly

Mid-season and end-of season bonus of $2.00 for each hour worked from hire date – October 1, 2022

As a guest service attendant, you will work in a team setting at the Marina office to provide exceptional guest service and information to Marina guests. You will operate a variety of computer programs and point of sale systems to assist guests with reservations, sales, service requests, as well as open the boat rental area when assigned, as well as assist rental attendant staff on the docks and help with special events when necessary.

Marina Guest Service Lead

$21.02 Hourly

Mid-season and end-of season bonus of $2.00 for each hour worked from hire date – October 1, 2022

If you are ready for a more responsibility in a busy, fast-paced environment, this position is responsible for opening and closing Frisco Bay Marina daily operations and enforcing policies and procedures. You can deliver exceptional customer service through telephone and in-person interactions, learn our recreation software to make reservations, sell retail, and process bills and invoices, and assists in sales, cleanup, ordering inventory, tracking inventory, and making food/beverage orders. This position is also required to assist with dock rental operations and special events. Coordinates and communicates with outdoor operations staff to ensure seamless, safe and effective Marina operations.

Marina Junior Guest Service Attendant

$15.00 Hourly

*Junior positions are for 14-17 year old applicants only.*

The junior guest service attendant provides information and directions to Marina guests and assists with the boat rental process. This job involved a variety of manual labor and office tasks, restocking retail items, cleaning, answering phones, making reservations, and interacting with guests in the boat rental operation.

Marina Junior Rental Sports Attendant

$15.00 Hourly

*Junior positions are for 14-17 year old applicants only.*

The junior rental sports attendant performs a variety of manual labor tasks, assists in launching boats, fits PFDs and interacts with guests in the boat rental operation. You will prepares paddle sport boats and equipment for rental, maintain and cleans work areas and Marina property, as well as assist with trash and recycling removal.

Marina Rental Sports Attendant

$17.00 Hourly

Fast-paced, physical, and customer-oriented, the rental sports attendant position requires a variety of manual labor tasks, including launching boats, assisting in rental boat servicing, repairs, and emergencies, and interacting with guests in all aspects of the marina rental operations. The cool part? You will also be responsible for operating boats, mooring shuttles, guiding tours, and provides assistance to Guest Service staff as needed.

Marina Rental Sports Lead

$21.02 Hourly

Coordinate with and assign duties to rental sports attendants in this fast-paced, physical, and customer-oriented position. The rental sports lead performs a variety of manual labor tasks, including launching boats, assisting in rental boat servicing, repairs, and emergencies, and interacting with guests in all aspects of the marina rental operations. The cool part? You will also be responsible for operating boats, mooring shuttles, guiding tours, and provides assistance to Guest Service staff as needed.

Marina Service Technician

$21.02 Hourly

Are you mechanically inclined, organized, and someone who enjoys working on projects? As the Marina service technician, you will work with the Marina service manager to keep boats and equipment running smoothly.This will involve effectively operating heavy and light equipment in and around the Frisco Bay Marina, troubleshooting each boat to successfully diagnose, order parts and repair boats, and some record-keeping and office work as well. This is a physically demanding position requiring the use of hand and power tools and manual labor.

Public Works Grounds – Flowers Attendant

Help care for and maintain Frisco’s stunning display of flowers on Main Street and other landscaped areas throughout Town. Flower and landscaping duties include watering, fertilizing, weeding, deadheading, pruning, wood chip removal/replace, planting and general area cleanup. Must have a valid CO driver’s license to operate Town pickup trucks, include a pickup truck with water tank.

Public Works Grounds – Mow and Turf Attendant

Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine as you care for and maintain Town owned green spaces and perform general landscaping duties. Responsibilites include mowing, trimming, thatching, raking, sweeping, and fertlizing turf areas. Must have a Colorado driver’s license to operation Town pickup trucks and trailers.

Special Events Guest Services Attendant

$17.00 Hourly
Working in special events it great for those looking for flexibility in their schedule. As special events attendant, you will be on the front lines and behind the scenes of the Town’s most iconic events such as the Frisco BBQ, Fourth of July and Concerts in the Park. You will assist in setting up, staffing, and tear down of events, which is labor-intensive and might require you to work long shifts (up to 12 hours). *Please note, this position requires that you are available to work June 15 -18 for the Frisco BBQ Challenge, Thursday evenings from 3:00pm-8:00pm for Concerts in the Park, and on the Fourth of July.

Special Events Junior Guest Services Attendant

$15.00 Hourly

This is a great part-time position for those looking for flexibility in their schedule. As special events attendant, you will be on the front lines and behind the scenes of the Town’s most iconic events such as the Frisco BBQ, Fourth of July and Concerts in the Park. You will assist in setting up, staffing, and tear down of events, which is labor-intensive and might require you to work irregular hours. *Please note, this position requires that you are available to work June 15 -18 for the Frisco BBQ Challenge, Thursday evenings from 3:00pm-8:00pm for Concerts in the Park, and on the Fourth of July.

Special Events Lead

As special events attendant, you will be on the front lines and behind the scenes of the Town’s most iconic events such as the Frisco BBQ, Fourth of July and Concerts in the Park. You will assist in setting up, staffing, and tear down of events, which is labor-intensive and might require you to work long shifts (up to 12 hours). As a lead, you will assist with supervising special events and staging special events and Town functions as well as support the administrative and marketing tasks associated with event planning.

Recreation Programs Intern

$17.00 Hourly

This internship will allow you to work closely with the recreation programs manager and recreation coordinator in planning, implementing and executing a variety of youth programs and special events. If you are organized, reliable, flexible and team orientated  and enjoy working with youth, then we would love to hear from you! Create a fun and energetic environment for camp kids on a daily basis! The youth counselor is responsible for teaching, leading, and participating in daily camp programs activities and assisting with the design, planning, and implementation of programs or activities.

Youth Programs Counselor – Bike/Skateboard/Watersports Instructor

Share your love of mountain biking, skateboarding, or watersports in this specific counselor/instructor role! You will be responsible for the design, planning and implementation of the sports programs at the Frisco Adventure Park.  We are looking for a team player who is accountable, energetic, and organized, who has strong teaching/coaching skills and experience in a variety youth sports and activities, including, skateboarding, mountain biking, hiking, disc golf, and water sports.

Youth Programs Counselor – Junior Counselor

Responsible for participating in daily activities with youth enrolled in the camp programs. Junior Camp counselors assist camp counselors with preparing and implementing programs or activities with camp participants and help create a fun and energetic environment for the campers on a daily basis.

Youth Programs Counselor – Lead Instructor

As a lead instructor, you will assist the Recreation Programs Manger in the planning and implementation of the Frisco Bike Camps, Frisco Adventure Camps and H2O Camps, and also assist with the supervision and training of seasonal staff.  This position requires an accountable, energetic, organized, team player with strong communication skills.
