There is an excavation fee due to the Town of Frisco prior to interments. This fee is non-refundable and covers the costs incurred by the Town to excavate a Plot or Plots. In order to encourage careful work and timely placement of approved permanent grave markers, a deposit in the amount of $500.00 shall be submitted at the time of application for interment. The deposit will be held until a permanent grave marker has been installed. The deposit shall be retained by the Town if an approved permanent grave marker has not been installed within one year, or if damage to turf, irrigation systems or town-owned property has occurred.
