Tobacco License Application & Payment Information

A $600 annual fee for new and renewal applications is required and can be made online at Xpress Bill Pay by December 1 each year, for the next year’s license.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to read and understand all applicable Federal and State Laws/Regulations, in addition to Frisco Town Code, Chapter 110, Article VI titled “Tobacco Product Retailer License and Regulations” prior to engaging in the sale of Tobacco and Nicotine products in the Town of Frisco.

Both State and Town Tobacco Licenses are required prior to engaging in the sale of Tobacco and Nicotine products in the Town of Frisco. Learn more about the State Tobacco Enforcement Division.

Oath of Application
Application is hereby made for a license to sell nicotine products during 2025, within the Town of Frisco, Colorado, as defined by applicable Ordinances. The applicant, or authorized agent executing this application, states under penalties of perjury, that the above information is true and correct to the best of their knowledge, information and belief. A violation of a limitation specified in the Town’s Code by a retail tobacco business, whether by his or her employees, agents, or otherwise, shall be the responsibility of the retail tobacco business licensee. The applicant, or authorized agent executing this application, has read and understands Frisco Town Code, Chapter 110, Article VI titled “Tobacco Product Retailer License and Regulations”.
