Christmas Tree Dropoff Opens December 26 at the B1 (Farmstand) Lot

From Sunday, December 26, 2022 through Saturday, February 11, 2023 at noon, the Town of Frisco will be accepting Christmas trees to fuel the Spontaneous Combustion bonfire on Saturday, February 11, 2023. The drop-off location is at the Frisco Bay Marina dirt lot at the corner of Summit Boulevard/Highway 9 and Marina Road and will be open 24 hours a day.

  • Only real trees will be accepted: no other materials, including building supplies and packaging, will be accepted.
  • Trees must be stripped of all lights, tinsel, garland, tree stands and decorations prior to drop-off.

Dropped off trees will be used for Spontaneous Combustion, Frisco’s annual community celebration on February 11, 2023, which features a bonfire and fireworks. Proceeds from drink sales will benefit a local nonprofit. The bonfire will begin at 6:00pm with fireworks at 8:00pm.
