As part of the Colorado Department of Transportation’s Gap Project and required repairs due to a latent defect in the asphalt, SEMA Construction will be performing milling and paving operations on Highway 9/Summit Boulevard between Main Street and Miners Creek Road from Wednesday, June 1 through Friday, June 3, 2022. It is likely the project will continue into next week due to weather and required striping. 

• Milling will take place on Wednesday, June 1, with no expected detours.
• Paving will take place Thursday June 2, and Friday June 3. Traffic will be detoured around affected intersection.

As always, slow down for the cone zone and watch for construction workers and equipment.
