Residences at Granite Park Housing Lottery Opens February 10

The Town of Frisco is pleased to announce the upcoming housing lottery for 11 affordable workforce housing units at Residences at Granite Park. This project is the result of a unique collaboration between the Town of Frisco and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), aimed at providing energy-efficient and walkable housing for employees in Summit County, close to public transportation, shopping, dining, recreational pathways, and essential services.

The Residences at Granite Park project consists of 22 apartment-style units across two 3-story buildings. Half of the units (11) are reserved for CDOT employees to support those who maintain vital transportation infrastructure in the community. The other 11 units are available to qualified residents employed in Summit County.
