The driveway and parking area at Walter Byron Park will be closed for repaving starting the morning of Wednesday, October 12, 2022 and expected to last about a week. This work is the result of the water service line repair performed earlier this summer, which required the excavation area to be temporarily back-filled with recycled asphalt to put the driveway and parking area back in use. The park, the restrooms and playground will remain open, and can be accessed from the recreational pathway. The Town of Frisco urges park users to practice caution around the construction area.
