  • Approval of minutes
  • Update on July 4th parade float stipends/grants
  • Mural plan
    • Short term mural wins (multi use pathways mini-murals; parking spots maybe for future)
  • RFP/RFQ progress and release
    • Long term mural goals
      • Skatepark fence
      • Tunnel at the Adventure Park- exterior and interior permit- Megan Testin to assist staff with CDOT permitting
      • Walter Byron restrooms- wall facing the playground
      • Old Community Center- wall adjacent to the alley
      • Small utility building near the Nordic Center/bus stop as a location
      • Sides of the 1st and Main Building other than the east wall, which already has a mural- if the Historic Park master plan process is budgeted and happens in 2024 then arts could be part of that process
      • Identify a spot at Meadow Creek Park for art/murals
      • Clock tower at Town Hall
