Public Hearing on Foote’s Rest Property set for Tuesday, January 9th Council Meeting

A public hearing will be held by the Frisco Town Council on January 9, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Frisco Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Frisco, Colorado, regarding the following:

Project Name:  “Foote’s Rest Block 11”

Project Description:  A mixed-use development proposed at 510, 512, and 518 East Main Street, also known as “Foote’s Rest”. As part of the development, the proposal includes a rezone of the subject property to Historic Overlay (HO) District and preserves six (6) existing historic structures on this site including:

  • Foote’s Rest (store and residence)
  • Three (3) cabins
  • Blacksmith Shop
  • Staley Rouse House

The development is proposed to include:

  • 65 Hotel rooms, lobby, conference space, rooftop deck, bar, and swimming pool
  • Underground parking garage
  • Bowling alley and lounge (basement level)
  • Outdoor at-grade plaza/courtyard and elevated plaza
  • Restaurant/bar with outdoor seating
  • Commercial tenant space
  • 6 Employee housing units (Level 2)
